Just got off phone with him at 9:30 p.m. on a Friday night discussing counter adendum to onspection report! Find another one like that, I challenge you. Ryan spent 2 long days in a car with me (not easy), looking at houses I had picked out. When all said and done, went with one he found that I discounted at 1st glance! He knows what he is talking about and wife and I trust him after not much time together!
